Your game, our engine

Revenue-share co-development

A design document full of sketches next to a large gear: your design, plus our engine

Some people arrive with a game that already exists in every way but one. The design document is thick, the mechanics are worked out, the levels are drawn, the art, the sound and the interface are made. What is missing is the part that makes it run.

That part is what we do. If you come to us with an extensive design and the assets to go with it, we build the game engine and the code around them: the systems, the rules, the tooling, the integration of your assets, the builds for each platform, all the way to a game that can be released.

In return, we share the revenue the game makes. You keep your vision and your work, we put our time and our code on the line next to it, and we both win when the game sells. The split is agreed together, game by game, and written down before anyone starts.

What we look for

  • A game design that is already detailed: mechanics, progression, content, not just a pitch.
  • Assets that are finished or close to it: art, animation, sound, UI.
  • A scope that a small studio can build well.
  • Someone who wants a partner, not a contractor.

How it works

  1. You write to us with a short presentation of the game and a look at the design and the assets.
  2. We read everything, ask a lot of questions, and tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
  3. If we are, we agree on the scope, the platforms and the revenue split, in writing.
  4. We build, you review, we ship.

Every project is different, so there is no form to fill in. Tell us about yours.
